Located at the University of Melbourne's renowned Southbank campus, Visual Art Studio: Advanced Drawing is ideal for participants looking to extend their artistic practice.

Studying part time over the course of one year, you will explore fundamental drawing techniques and deepen your artistic knowledge. Under the guidance of a practising artist, you will be encouraged to create a body of work that is intelligent, personal and unique.

After gaining a strong understanding of contemporary drawing practices, you will build the confidence to work independently and develop your own ideas. You will also cover folio preparation, ideal for those looking to pursue further artistic studies.

The course culminates in an end-of-year exhibition, giving you the valuable opportunity to publicly display your work.
